How do you determine your color and clarity descriptions?
We provide photographs of the stone in different conditions without any retouching. Be aware that individual monitors display colors differently and it is therefore impossible to guarantee that the photo you see on your screen is accurate.
Our color descriptions are based on the Gemworld grading system except for Oregon Sunstones which use the Oregon Sunstone Guide.
Clarity is based on inclusions visible to the naked eye. Sometimes we will note if there are inclusions visible with a 10x loupe or microscope. Note, our macro photographs will sometimes show inclusions that aren't detectable with the naked eye.
Do you sell internationally?
Currently, we only sell in the United States.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the chosen shipping method and the destination of the package. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States, while expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
What payment methods are accepted at your store?
Our online store accepts a variety of payment methods to ensure a convenient shopping experience for our customers. We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as debit cards. Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased from your online store?
We know it's hard to judge a stone online and so we accept returns if you contact us within 7 days after receiving your stone. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs including tracking and insurance. If the stone is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we receive the stone and it is inspected, you will receive your refund on by the payment method used for purchase.
